My Experience
2023 - Present
UX Designer
I deliver end-to-end design work from discovery through to delivery, collaborating within cross-functional agile teams to create accessible, user-centred experiences across BBC Live, Sport and News.
My work includes auditing user journeys, facilitating workshops, designing responsive experiences across platforms, conducting and contributing to user research, and supporting product strategy through scalable design system components. I focus on translating complex requirements into clear, intuitive solutions used by millions.
2020 - 2023
UX Researcher
At the BBC, I led mixed-method research across News, Sport, Weather and Children’s, embedding insight into product development from early discovery through iteration.
I planned and conducted moderated and unmoderated studies, recruited participants, partnered with external agencies, and translated findings into actionable recommendations that informed product direction and measurable improvements in user experience.
2018 - 2020
Intern UX Designer
During my UX/UI Design internship at Y?Not, a Manchester-based startup, I independently delivered the end-to-end design process from conducting user research to developing interactive prototypes.
Collaborating closely with the founding team, I translated early product ideas into a fully functional prototype using Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq and Photoshop, helping shape the direction of a user-centred digital product.
